OK, admittedly the title isn't my line (nicked from the promotional advert), but it's damn funny. Gotta steal with pride when the opportunity arises...
And so, dearly beloveds, today we celebrate the fact that I am finally in the Guinness Book of Records ("woo", and indeed "yay"!).
St George's Day is obviously the time to put Terry Gilliam's large inflatable foot in front of the National Gallery in Trafalgar Square:

And fill the Square full of Monty Python fans, armed with coconuts, to join the cast of 'Spamalot' in clip-clopping their way to a new world record. The confirmed world's largest coconut orchestra trotted, cantered and gallopped in time, with Terrys Jones & Gilliam finally taking the stage to lead everyone in 'Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life' (coconut clip-clopping taking the place of the whistling).

And so we made it... beating the Broadway 'Spamalot' cast and assembled New Yorkers to the World Record! 4382 and counting at the time means we beat the Yanks by more than double:
Five hours later, the BBC has the total at 5,567:
(and that's without all those who nicked coconuts and legged it up Charing Cross Road without taking part).
